Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are:

In original packaging

With tags attached
Items not eligible: final sale items, custom pieces, gift cards.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping fee is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective.
Required Return Verification
To process a return, customers must provide:

Photos of the item (front, back, tags)

KEVIH may request additional verification if risk indicators are triggered.
High-Risk or Suspected Fraud Transactions
KEVIH reserves the right to:

Request ID or payment verification

Hold or cancel suspicious orders

Deny refunds where evidence indicates misuse or fraud

Flag accounts with abnormal return patterns

Require signature delivery for high-value items
Fraud indicators include:

Multiple failed payments
-
Mismatched addresses
-
Excessive return attempts
-
Multiple accounts using the same device

Chargeback history
-
Returning a different item than the one sent
Refund Denial Conditions
A refund will not be issued if:

The returned item is not the same as shipped

Item is damaged through misuse

Tags are removed, or packaging is missing

Customer provides inconsistent or false information

Customer files a chargeback while the return is still under review

System flags transaction as high-risk and customer fails to verify identity
Chargeback Abuse Prevention
If a customer initiates a chargeback:

KEVIH will provide full evidence to the bank (tracking, photos, device logs)

Refund requests will be paused

User account may be permanently banned
Fraud Reporting
In cases of confirmed fraud, KEVIH may:

Report the incident to banks and card networks
-
Submit device and IP details to fraud databases
-
Report identity misuse to law enforcement
