Shipping Policy - The Basics 

KEVIH processes orders within the stated handling timeframe and ships using trusted carriers. Shipping times vary depending on location, product availability, and courier capacity. Once the order is shipped, customers receive tracking information through email or SMS.

Key shipping rules:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery Time: Depends on shipping method, destination, and carrier (typically 7-14 business days for domestic, longer for international).

  • Tracking: Every order is shipped with a tracking number.

  • Incorrect Addresses: KEVIH is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Issues: Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” risk shifts to the customer.

  • Signature Requirement: KEVIH may require signatures for high-value orders or suspicious transactions as a fraud-prevention measure.

  • Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless KEVIH is at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped).
